My daughter started going in this child care facility at 10 weeks. We like this place a lot, it is very friendly, all about children place. The teachers are very involved with kids,I am not crazy about some of the younger girls-teachers in the babies room, they seem not to have the knowledge how to handle babies, when they have feeding issues, but there is a lot of experienced teachers I like.

Not here to bash, but if I had the information I now have, I definitely would not have chosen this daycare center. So my hope is to help other parents looking to make the best childcare decision for their children. The price definitely is cheaper than other daycare centers, but you do get what you pay for. I realize there are a lot of children, but their total laziness and lack of care has been a huge disappointment. For feedings, they just sit the toddlers at the table and dump the food in front of them and leave them there. There is also no structure to the day. I realize they are still young, but they should start getting accustomed to circle/story time and abcs/numbers/colors. If you do anything that makes more work for them, they will let you know and are not nice about it.

This is a great child care facility. It is managed by a great family, they love and care for each child. Their staff is incredible and they are educated and trained to deal with children of all ages. The kindergarten program was outstanding. My child's experience with First Friends is one that he will carry for the rest of his life and I thank First Friends for giving him a positive start.
