Iowa Park High School

I attended Iowa Park High School for 3 years and graduated in 2009. I did not grow up in the town and I did not attend the Jr. High or Elementary Schools. I did have a hard time 'fitting in' with the other students. I had the worst time getting along with the teachers. And I did notice that if you did not grow up in the IPCISD, they treated you differently. HOWEVER, this would be at any school. I did get through the difference and ended up loving the school and growing many great friendships. The curriculum is very challenging, but it was well worth it.

There are good things about Iowa Park Schools but there are lots of bad things....One of the worst things about IP is that if you are not 'from there' you or your child will have a very hard time fitting in. This is also a very racist community to live in.

I think that Iowa Park is one of the best schools because all of the teachers know you so you don't have to worry about impressing them. You can just go ahead and do your work.

I attented Iowa park high school from 2000-2001 and even though it ended in a very horrible way, I really enjoyed my time there. All the teachers are always available when I need help, I always felt like I was safe, and the cirriculam is fantastic!!!
