East Central Middle School

I was a student at ECMS in the 08-09 school year. The school did nothing but amaze me, everything was great. I've entered high school, and it's just not the same. ECMS is a great school. Best around here, by far. I loved the whole staff, even though I was a trouble maker.. I've put those days aside, and now it's less fun at school. ECMS would still make your school day enjoyable, but the high school doesn't.. I love everyone at ECMS and always will. Thank you Mr. Fletcher and Mrs. Deadman for putting up with me, I miss you both greatly. ECMS for life <3

I went here and now my son as well and just as then I find the school to be one of the very best to send a child to.

I think that ECMS is a very fine school. The staff are very kind (with a few exceptions) and very knowledgable. My children have done much better in academics since we moved here three years ago. I do feel there is not enough emphasis on art, music, while too much is placed on school uniform policy enforcement, and sports. The plevel of parent involvement is great, and highly encouraged, unlike some districts. I have recently told my husband who was thinking of moving the family elsewhere that we'll have to find a home in the school district, because I can think of no other place in the state I'd like for the children to attend school. One last thing, I was diappointed that we got a new principal without notice. I found out by seeing him enter Coach Long's office and sit down at the desk.

I graduated from East Central Schools! I think they are great! Both of my children attend and are great students!
