I am very happy with Prairie! This was my son's first year there, and they have helped him on so many levels. His teacher stuck by him when he was having attention problems, and figured out different ways to help him out. And the after school program is just phennominal in my eyes. I am very glad that both my children will be there next year.

I have not been pleased with this school in general. I am concerned about the education my child is receiving. There is little homework assigned and not as much focus on math and science as I would prefer. I believe the teachers are doing their best, but the children seem difficult to manage. There is a considerable amount of bullying that takes place. I can how it is impacting my childs experience. Although some of these instances have been reported, I am unsure as to the continued follow-up and parental involvement of the aggressor. The instances continue to happen and the children do not seem to be swayed by the attempts of the teachers. I also would like to see more diversity among the students. A change may occur with the integration of more students from various socioeconomic background. If I had a choice, I would not attend this school.

Many parents are involved daily. There are a multitude of activities for the children during and after school. Teachers are extremely dedicated and rise to all challenges. I am proud of this school and their daily efforts toward achievement.
