Craig is a great school. I am a sophmore in Craig and absolutely love it! We have great teachers and we learn a lot. Its great to have a small school that way everyone knows everyone and can get along better because they grew up together. We have some issues with a bully or two but everyone has friends no ones by themselves. Craig is great and has a great school system I really don't believe its a bad place to go to school at. I've been here since 5th grade, I didn't grow up here since Kindergarten but I was welcomed warmly, I don't think any other school is better. Craig is my home and the school is where all my friends are. My mom went to Giles and thinks that Craig is better. Its a great school.
I am a senior at the High school, and absolutely love it! I love the small class size, and the fact that most of my teachers taught my father when he was in high school. I am sad I am leaving this year, and going to a college twice the size of the county I grew up in. I believe it is a wonderful school with excellent teachers, and I love the conservative, down-home atomosphere.
I really like this school. They have some great teachers and very good teaching methods. I do not like however the way they do some things. But it is a worthwhile school. It is a very good education. The student body is very small, but that is good, because it makes for more one on one or one on a few teaching. Most kids I feel learn better this way. It is also in a very pretty region. With many mountains and trees and forest. It is a wonderful place to raise a child and get a good education for your kids.
Craig County isn't a bad school, really. The teacher-to-student ratio is low, allowing for more one-on-one attention with schoolwork. The discipline area could use some work, though, as we do have bully troubles.
