Sweetwater is an excellent school with high academics and wonderful, caring teachers. It is a privilege for my children to attend this school. Stop by and look at the new building construction.
Considering this is Central Florida, SEA is a good school. Majority of the parents are very involved except for a few who are just in the school for the prestige and socialization and not for the eduction of their kids. The teaching staffs are wonderful. Academically, the school need to cater more to the needs of advance students especially in math and sciences. Homeworks are too easy and I believe the school can make tremendous improvements on these subjects to better prepare advance kids who might be competing with 'non- floridians' later for admissions to colleges (Ivy leagues in particular).
SEA is a great institution and have just broken ground on a new 14,000 sq. ft. multi-use building to be completed early '08. Take time to tour this school and meet the children-the best test on success.
