The teachers here aren't very nice to us. They yell at us a lot.

Walden is rigorous academically, yet provides a comfortable and friendly environment. Students receive individual attention in small classes, and learn to work both independently and co-operatively. The students produce a stage play and have recently had their artwork exhibited in a juried art show. Graduates are routinely accepted at the most competitive magnet high schools. There are no cliques, and bullying is not tolerated.

This is a wonderful school where my child blossomed. Students work together and love it, such a contrast to the large, impersonal middle schools around.

We transferred our child to Walden for the 6th grade this year (2003/04) after 6 violent weeks at John Hopkins. What a breath of fresh air Walden was to us as parents... and to our child who absolutely loves the school. The school is small, safe & nurturing and the teachers are wonderful with their teaching methods & lesson plans. The kids never get bored, it's more like a family atmosphere. I highly recommend Walden School.

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.

Privacy stops when you BLOG. If you want to keep things private - then write in a diary and not on the Internet expecting some kind of privacy.
