The principal is amazing, as are the teacher's! the ground's and supervised play ground's are a safe wonderful place for the children and they love it!
Our principal, Janet Bertoldi truly cares about the students. All the students! When she talks to the kids or talks about the kids you can just see in her face that they are important to her. The teachers go the extra mile to get the kids the help and support they need. Alice Shaw is a great home away from home for our son.
Alice Shaw has tremendous staff and teachers..who are giving our students more of there concentrated time and off hours as well as private funds to three times as many students as other earlier years because of the drastic budget cuts to education and the arts(32 students per class as opposed to 15-20 last year)
Our principal, Janet Bertoldi has started off the year with only positive things to say. It's obvious with the economic 'crunch' it is difficult for schools to offer what they have in the past. Janet has made a point to assure all parents and children that they will get the excellent education that they have always received at Alice Shaw. Alice Shaw is all about school spirit and will always follow the philosophy of 'no child left behind'.
