My former husband and myself were thrilled with the education that our daughter received at Ellis Elementary. We consider ourselves to be active participants in [her] education and couldn't have asked for a more caring, educational setting for her. We send her to Woodview with mixed emotions, as we can only hope that her experience there will be as wonderful as her's at Ellis. Thank you so much Mrs. Haeberle, Mrs. Rae, and Miss Mc Fadden. [She] loved you all, and so did Joe and I.

I go in every Monday and help with the Kindergarten reading group or play word games. Then I eat lunch with my child. I also attend and bring things to all school parties. Since I volunteer only on Mondays I do not burn out. : )

Our school gives us mandatory hours (15) that we must give to the school in one way or the other. It is very easy if you don't mind stuffing envelopes or being a lunch mom. I think they even give working moms the opportunities to work on paperwork.... More »
