The turnover rate of Natalia schools teachers/faculty are very high, some teachers don't seem to give too much of an effort in helping students. The school seems more focus is on attendance rather than the quality of the education - clearly from reading the reviews of past and present students, you can tell the education given(english/grammer/spelling at least being the example here) was not the best. I was a substitute for over a year in NHS, and it was obvious to me and the students that even I cared more than the teachers working there each day. The elementary & middle schools are slightly worse off than the highschool. I am grateful my children are no longer students here.

I am a current teacher at Natalia and love every minute of it. Although there are challenges here, many teachers are expecting more from their students and providing the support for the students success. I am proud to be a Mustang and I know that our test scores will increase every year. Keep the faith, Natalia!

There is lots of room for improvment.

After teaching in Natalia for ten years, I can say that I do not feel that it will ever change. The teacher turnover rate is astronomical, and there is no continuity to the students education. The principal that started in the 2002-2007 is running a dictatorship where teacher and student morale student morale is extremely low. The superintendent is a weak leader for letting this downward spiral continue. I would not put my children in this school. I always promised myself that if I was working in a district which I would not let my children attend, first: I would try to make it better, and if that didn't work, I would go somewhere else where my time and talents were appreciated.

Interesting idea. I'd just want to make sure the students are held to the same standards as regular school kids--including grades, and school time. If a kid can practice all day long, it hardly seems fair he take a spot from a regular student.
