We love this school. My son enjoys it very much, his only complaints are about the lunches and wanting more recess. Even so, he never wants to stay home unless he is really sick. The teachers and entire staff are kind, encouraging, and skilled at making learning interesting. Every person working for May Valley is truly dedicated to each child.

This is an excellent school. My kids are challenged and I know I am leaving them in safe, caring environment each day. The teachers and administration are accessible and friendly.

Excellent school. It is clear that they feel all students are important. The students' social and educational growth is the focus of every employee. They are serious about education and they have fun doing it. I have a child in 3rd grade and one in 5th. My kids have learned from teachers, fellow students, janitors, parents, community members, cooks, aides, and administrators. May Valley faculty & staff work hard to maximize student learning in all that they do. The school celebrates student successes to promote a very 'paws-itive' atmosphere.

I go in every Monday and help with the Kindergarten reading group or play word games. Then I eat lunch with my child. I also attend and bring things to all school parties. Since I volunteer only on Mondays I do not burn out. : )

Our school gives us mandatory hours (15) that we must give to the school in one way or the other. It is very easy if you don't mind stuffing envelopes or being a lunch mom. I think they even give working moms the opportunities to work on paperwork.... More »
