The teachers really care, the parents are involved, and the PBIS behavior rewards program really makes this school stand out.
I love this school. It is a public/private school. The principal and staff have a sincere interest in the education of the students. I am totally impressed with the leadership as well as the involvement of the teaching staff and parents. The school provides an environment for academic achievement and a spirit of excellence.
Fairly new school. Open court reading program, I am very suprised to see our sister school (appeal grades 3-5) scored lowest in the county for reading and math tests last year. They also have public preschool for 4 yr olds and a building next door for headstart preschool (ages 3 and 4). Being that the school is new, the classrooms, materials, playground equipment etc. are all in great condition.
