Having recently transfered to Cumberland from a blue ribbon school in Los Angeles, we were a bit nervous about the schools here. Fortunately, our worries were unfounded as Bel Air has proved to be a great school. It really is the best in the district and I am glad we bought a home where our kids can attend.

Bel Air is a wonderful small community school. The teachers are great, the students are well behaved and parent involvement is good. The staff is excellent and I recommend this school!

Bel Air Elementary is a great school for kids. I went to Bel Air all 6 years of elementary school. The teachers are great, they make it enjoyable to learn. I miss Bel Air!

They could be doing much more to earn money by collecting more then just BoxTops & Soup Labels. There are Capri Sun Drink Pouches, Used cell phones, laptops, empty ink/toner cartridges. They should look at TerraCycling.com What is PTA REALLY doing?

It is great to teach our kids to give to others-within limits. Support without demanding! I boycott school fundraisers; donate elsewhere to show real value in helping where needed.

From the asking perspective (such as schools asking students to donate to causes) frequent appeals for donations creates real problems for families who cannot afford to donate to every appeal or cause. Stop pressuring kids for money.
