Since moving from p.g county to calvert county the difference of how the school were runned is significantly different. I met some of the best and most influential teachers in my stay thru 00-04. I would of never stayed in school if it was not for the teachers at Calvert High
My children came from a small Private Catholic School and I like Calvert because it has the same feeling. I think it is well run and my children have done very well at Calvert and scored very high on the SATs.
Just like a ship sails under the command of a captain who is responsible for the welfare of its crew, so does a high school reflect the skill and professionalism of its principal. Gene Bridget has been mishandling the position of principal at Calvert High far too long. He needs to step down and allow someone else to try and rehabilitate the school.
The principal of Calvert High School should retire. He is the main reason the school demonstrates such mediocre standings academically.
