Heritage Christian School

I'm a former student and loved attending Heritage. It was a good well rounded education and a nicely sized school. You'll no everybody in your class, but the class size isn't painfully small either. Its a Christian school that doesn't shove religion down your throat every chance they get, instead they gently reaffirm those beliefs. My only real qualm is that I wish they offered more, especially in foreign languages and arts.

My Child has been going to Heritage for the last 3 years. His grades have soared, along with his personal growth towards the Lord. Since the school is up on the latest technologies I am able to view assignments due online or get the latest spelling list so we can study together or just send an email to one of his teachers asking questions or touching bases. I know my Son's teacher care about him and his character because they show me all the time. His class size averages about 15 kids for jr. high and we are very pleased with the attention he receives as a result of these numbers. Check the school out for your self. It maybe smaller than an ASD facility but they are all heart at Heritage.

The Heritage faculty and staff are truly dedicated,caring and passionate about their calling to education/ministry. They care about the hearts and personal growth of each student and the students seem to know this. Mentorship and involvement with the students is above and beyond. Teachers are professionals with education and experience. Academic standards are high and athletic program is strong for their size. Heritage Junior and Senior High School moved to a new building this year (2005-2006) and the school overall seems to be on the right track for future outlook. Truly a great school with a lot of heart.
