From my children's experience at this school along with mine I would have to say that PMS is desperately struggling to improve. In my opinion, I feel that discipline is a major issue!! I would rate safety and discipline a 1. Some, not all of the teachers should try teaching with their heart and leave the rude sarcastic remarks at home!! Teacher quality I give a 2. Parent involvement is in a negative way!! The parents want to be involved when there's decisions to be made about school rules and regulations. Why don't they volunteer to help out at the school, monitor hallways, run off copies for teachers, ect. I give parent involvement a 2. Extracurricular Activities are there however I feel that the community should get involved with supporting the school's activities along with more than a handful of parents. So I give this catogory a 3.

I think that as a whole the school tries hard to keep an handle on the everyday problems. I dont believe that a town this size should have the problems they have in the school system.

We have a real problem with discipline in the school district. We have a few good teachers but for the most part, the students seem to control the classrooms and have not respect for authority.
