We have two kids that graduated with goods grades and great scholarships so we can't complain. However, looking back, Carroll County does the turkey dance in a big way. If I still had kids in school and they got a teacher transfered in, I would be in the admins office asking questions.
I found the quality of the teachers to be outstanding, and everyone was supportive in creating a great learning environment.
The teachers and administration at North Carroll High School are wonderful!! They are very caring, interested and helpful in every way!!
