Likely the most overrated school of all time. Parents, if living in Los Altos (so that your kid can go to Blach) is an option for you, then you already know your child will perform well on standardized tests. Buying a house in the district costs well over a million; children of less-than-excellent economic backgrounds are not permitted. The staff and administration are average at best, and don't be fooled into giving credit to the institution rather than the unique geographic-economic circumstance.

i disagree with the review above, I am an eighth grader at blach and i can say teasing and being made fun of are notas bad as my 7 previous schools i reccomend this school highly

Blach is a wonderful school. The academics are good especially with the differentiated tracks in Math. It's clear that the teachers enjoy being at Blach, really respect the principal and therefore provide in turn a teaching community that cares about its students. They don't have the teacher turnover that we've experienced at a previous school.
