HORRIBLE SCHOOL !!! My children have nothing but " Negative " things to say about this school. Unfair and Unfriendly staff, this school has New leadership but no effective changes have been made and the poor educational enviorment that previously existed continues. As a Mom I would never recommend a school like this to any parent.

Terrible School, Poor Leadership, Poor Teachers and not a good educational value for your tax dollar. I would not recommend this school to any parent and I agree with one of the writers statement below " this school is one of the worst in NJ ".

I'm still less than satisfied with Evans. I would echo several of the sentiments below. Very clicky overall. Staff, PTA and administration.

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. Although I have had some negative experiences over the years, my overall opinion of Evans is very high. I absolutely love my children's teachers this year. I think it's a shame the negative reviewers have attributed their poor experiences to all of the teachers and the entire staff at Evans, that just hasn't been my experience over the past 3 years. And, no, I am not part of any clique, just a regular parent pleased with Evans.

You get what your tax dollars pay for! Excellent school for the money in my opinion.

Check to see if students with disabilities are a priority because otherwise the state doesn't pay for that child to go to School if they don't have a disability your child has to be put on a waiting list for pre-k! if their not

1.Go on a tour of a school tour 2. Talk to the director (and the teacher your child will have) about what the students day like. 3. Watch school in session 4. Look out for red flags: neglected children at play, lazy, non engaging teachers
