Having had 4 children go through this wonderful school, I have so much respect and admiration for Mrs. Himes and her teachers. Thanks for a wonderful education .

I've had two children attend this school and have been very satisfied with their educations. I only hear great things about the new principal. The teachers seem committed to doing a great job. There has been a lot of growth in the area, which has caused them to outgrow the building, but they will be moving into the old high school building soon. (after renovations are completed). After school activities are great and varied. The music programs are excellant. My only complaint would be home ec class. We actually learned to cook/bake (even pies) and sew (clothing with real patterns on machines) when I was in school. Here they make no bake cookies a lot and hand sew furry stuffed pillows, etc.

The new principal is great and has created a great environment for the students. Cmls has video cameras in every corner and hallway which makes the student be more concious of their actions. I transfered last year and the students are welcoming and the teachers try their best to educate the students.

I feel that this school is more worried about its reputation as a school then the child. My daughter is failing everything and dispite the fact that I have talked with the teacher numerous times about her never having any homework (the teacher says they have time in class to do there work) she isn't turning work in and now has an F in every subject. I have talked with the teacher about holding her back and I am told that 'per the principles directive they don't do that'. Whatever that means. So they want to pass my daughter on, even though the has an F average, so that there school doesn't have any failing students.
