I'm rating the tot time program which is a preschool, not a daycare/babysitting service. There are two programs - a 3-4 year old program and a 4-5 year old program. It's excellent! Mrs. Block is the best preschool teacher. Patient, firm, kind, loving, warm - I could go on and on... Excellent program!
