Nanny Elementary has good ideas about a strict dress code and adherance to rules for participation in extra curricular activities. It is a very small town and school with very biased views towards locals Vs. new-comers. The dominant race in Riviera is Hispanic, making it difficult for some of the other Caucasian children to fit in due to language and ethnic barriers. The education , I would say, though not top notch...I have seen commendable efforts in English and Writing if only in the lower grades.
