WCS has been a second home for our daughter from the very begining. We started at PK3 and are now goint to her SENIOR YEAR. The teachers are very good and the fine arts department has an awesome orchestra, with a well know and prestigious director. The academics at WCS are excellent. They boast a nice 98% acceptance to college among the graduates.The atletics and fine arts are well developed and diverse.The staff is very good too. Since the extra curricular activities and books are included, the cost is fair. They are going trough massive renovations that will bring WCS well into the 21st century. WCS It is the only reason why we haven't noved away from Miami during this economy...it is well woth it.
As a graduate of WCS myself, and a parent of WCS students, I am thrilled to have my children here. The attention paid to students and their individual needs is unbeatable. It is a safe, nurturing, welcoming environment. The new buildings and campus improvements are wonderful. The school is economically diverse, and although giving is encouraged, as funds are needed to make these improvements, it is not pushed or required. My children are happy here, and are getting a great academic education, a great Christian education and the opportunity for Fine Arts and Athletics. Westminster has something to offer everyone.
We have been at WCS for three years. Westminster puts the Christian back in School. Our family has found a true home at Westminster. My daughter has blossomed since arriving three years ago. The faculty take the time to know each child. The school from Pre-k through 12th grade focuses on the entire child. The Fine Arts are not only emphasized but are the best and the school has the awards to prove it. Athletics are part of life and your child will learn the bible. After being at two other private schools in town WCS is $10,000 less than the other two schools and is hands down the best. I challenge anyone to visit the school. You will not want to leave...
