The classrooms are beautiful. The teaching staff is very gentle and they use the Reggio Emilia approach, the school's atelier (art studio) is beautiful and very functional. It is a hidden gem and parent involvement is very encouraged.
The old St. James Catholic School is now occupied by a small teaching team of hard working, dedicated staff, led by fine administration. The Belmont Cragin Early Childhood center is an off-site campus which houses 7 preschool classrooms! This team of state preK teachers and assistants along with the office and engineering staff work together to bring our community a wonderful starting point for our young ones. The center also hosts many activities for parents. If you live in the area, don't overlook Belmont Cragin!!
