Every school you hear now a day have some kind of problems more so with CCSD. Teachers comes and goes, just like people move in and out of homes. St.Elizabeth Ann Seton is a good school and has a great cirriculum. My child has learn more than the child down the street from our house who's at the same grade level. I am happy with SEAS and will continue to support our school.

My child has attended SEAS for 3 years. SEAS has experienced, licensed staff and a Catholic atmosphere. SEAS Students are challenged and supported in all aspects of their development. SEAS is the only school in Nevada to use the Core Knowledge Curriculum. CK builds on knowledge sequentially, providing a clear outline of content to be learned grade by grade across all subject areas, this is what makes learning meaningful. For example, 1st grade history unit was on Mesopotamia. Simultaneously in Art, she learned about pottery and jewelry of the Sumerians, in Technology she created a 3-D Ziggurat, in English she learned cuneiform, in Math she learned the Babylonian number system. To this day, she has retained incredible amounts of information. It is truly the best curriculum I've ever seen. It is years above CCSD.
