We have the best administration, our school looks great, an excelent teaching staff and our test scores are going up. The secretaries and custodians do wonderful work. The whole place works as a team, and the kids come first.
My son was a new transferee here. The staff has been very supportive in letting me know what my son is doing.
Sullivan is a very good school. Especially the Gate department. They offer advanced math, from Mr. Fawcett; Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra II. The Science Department is very good, and our Science Olympiad team is a good one, and everyone has fun there. The school is fairly safe, but sometimes fights occur, this is usually outside of the gate program though. The teachers are nice, helpful, and allow students to have fun learning. The English Teachers for Gate are challenging but they really help you to learn. The band is great. There are other electives, such as art, spanish, and computers, which are fun. The Spanish they had here is fairly advanced allowing students to progress smoothly into Honors SPanish 2 . Overall this school is a challenge for the Gat students and allows for people to achieve their goals of learning in middle school.
