that school is bad for math. im a student there i cant say my name but im in 7th grade we do not do math . the math class i have we only do math vocab but everything else is good like the other subjests. just the math gets on my nerves cuz we never do math problems and we only do voabualary.

i had twins that went to hps fr 4-6 then i moved fr the area i saw such a change in my kids the best public school..

My best experiences were at HPS i was a former student, started there since first grade. The teachers there are great, they prepare you so well for the finals that it is almost impossible to fail the G.E.P.A. They have started new programs such as the Lee House and Barbour House, it was great it made us interact with other kids, and have fun in a competitive way. This school has so much to offer from my experience i think many would love for their children to attend this expectacular school. Liz

I have a daughter that went to Haledon Public School from K thru 8th grade and I must say HPS is one of the BEST public schools in Passaic County. She was an honor roll student from 4th thru 8th grade, part of the Gifted and Talented Education classes, took honors algebra courses and even went to Manchester High School for algebra during her 8th grade year. This school trully prepared her for high school and continually challenged her as well as stimulated her mind. My son started in HPS in Pre K and is now in 1st grade and my experience continues to be a positive one with the teachers, staff, and curriculum of Haledon Public School.
