My children went there and had a great time! Paul Davis was an excellent principal and the teachers were really caring also.
Grantwood was a great place for my kids to go to elementary school. Paul Davis was the best principal ever-----and the teachers were awesome. My kids loved Grantwood!!!!!!
Mrs. Callahan has made many positive changes since becoming principaltwo years ago. Grant Wood has improved quite a bit since she has come on board.
My sons have been attending Grant Wood since 2004 and I couldn't be happier with the school. My boys have had excellent teachers, two great principals, wonderful recreation opportunities and facilities, and have made many wonderful friends. The Before and After School Program has been very helpful for two working parents, and the gymnasium and the playground are the best in the District. One son is in the gifted program and loves it and the other is on every sporting team conceivable. Grant Wood is the most multicultural school in the area and my sons have made friends from China, Africa, and South America. They think they are very lucky to attend such a great school.
