This school is the top on my list. The teacher's have more time to give to each student individually. They invite parents to participate in the classrooms. The teacher's go the extra mile to make sure that each and every student is treated equal. They provide more challenging work for students who are a little more advanced in certain areas and they work a little more closely with those student's who struggle with certain subjects. Every student is given an equal chance to learn and be academically successful.

We have been impressed with the teachers who will go the extra mile to challenge our daughter and help maintain her excitement about learning. There is a big focus on phonics and in my daughter's last two classes, with writing as well. Parent involvement is encouraged. From helping in the classroom to demonstrating a talent or hobby on Enrichment Day. Overall, we have been happy with the school. I would like to see programs for children who excel and could use a bit more of a challenge.

Find something you are good at or enjoy doing a lot, just one thing. You'll gain confidence and meet other kids that enjoy that activity too. Mine was singing in choir. I wasn't good at anything else but that built my confidence for other things... More »
