My son attended Cliffwood for high school. They were able to accommodate his Asperger's syndrome and taught him ways to compensate without overwhelming him socially. He was also challenged by his teachers which has helped him develop good study habits for college. Upon graduating he was awarded a scholarship to college and made the Dean's list his freshman year as a biology major. On the down side, as a small school, it was not possible for my son to have taken many 'A.P.' courses as are offered in other larger private and public schools but his teachers did a great job of challenging him using college level material when necessary. The faculty and staff are very accommodating and supportive. Our family had an overall positive experience with this school.
