The teachers are excellent. The kids are learning so much and having fun while doing it. The elementary science teacher is amazing.
I am in sixth grade, and have been in this school since kindergarten. I have had numerous oppurtunities to go to different schools, yet every year I come back to Anderson. Why? Anderson is a friendly community with great and creative teachers. Fun events and activities take place nearly every week, and the staff is great. The student council actually has an impact on the rest of the school, and every kid who goes, whether or not they like to admit it, and even if not for every class, looks forward to enjoying another day at school.
Anderson offers children an advanced academic program in grades K-8. The teachers are great; the curriculum is challenging. Students graduate from Anderson Middle School ready for any of the most challenging of high schools.
It is a small school but it is very advanced. As a alumni i can proudly say that it prepared me for high school very well. The small school creates an amazing learning environment and provides opportunities other schools can not.
