Sts. Simon and jude is not as great as you think it is. The teachers are rude and give the little kids punishments for silly little things. In my opinion I think Sts. Simon and jude is unsatisfactory because you want a school that you can trust

Mrs. Smith the Principle is a wonderful leader and I am proud to have her there leading the teachers and the children. Both my boy's go there and I couldn't be more happy that they are there. I didn't want my children to go there at first but my wife really wanted them to go there. It only took one week to know why SSJ was the right school for my boy's. Just like anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. Should you want your children to have a better chance in school or to be taught life skills, then this is the right place for your children. The staff there is tops and it all starts with a wonderful Principal like Mrs. Smith! Thank You!

The school needs to teach the students about proper behavior. There are lots of bad mannerisms at this school. I've noticed several students who are so materialistic that they look down upon other kids and parents. We don't need that type of attitude in this school. There are a majority mix of low and average class families here. Behavior and mannerism are very important in life. The school is fairly average. The plus is that it's in a good area. I just recommend that the school should be more discipline.

Does parish priest even know what's happening? Doubtful since a parent with a complaint is soon a parent of a child singled out. Some staff on a huge ego/power trip bully and humiliate students and parents alike while using excuses to avoid giving communication to parents and expecting children to know more than they should/would without being taught procedures. Principal doesn't give a rip about lack of teacher communication; just wants everyone to fall in line. Parents are not allowed to observe or volunteer in classes & one wonders what there is to hide & why teachers who can't make a 2 minute parent call would refuse classroom help. They do let you clean up lunch messes & do playground supervision. Rigid discipline in some classes. Note that these are mere opinions; you should visit the school for your own opinions.
