Paris schools mostly focus on the teachers rather than the students. I feel that the students should have more help. They always talk about how the teachers are striving for success for the students, but never have said anything good about the students.
I find that the school is definitely not about the children. Most of the administration has forgotten why they should be there. They do have a few good teachers. I slowly see the system going downhill. There is very poor support for any children that are not perfect or going through any traumatic situation. It's sad though because there are awesome parents who want to be there for the kids and willing to go the extra mile for them.
After having two children complete Paris School System I was very pleased. Now my last child is in the 8th grade and I have noticed several changes in the school system that are not good for the children, it has become a school for the teachers not the children im truly dissapointed in what Paris schools have become.
