I have a child at Perry and have one that has already passed through this school. The teacher's at Perry are the most dedicated teacher's I have ever seen. They work so hard with their student's and do not get the credit they deserve. Although, this is a great quality, I believe a child should be accountable for their actions they choose and discipline should be instilled properly for their actions.

Perry Elementary has a very dedicated staff that services as many of their students varying levels of learning that they can reach. The class sizes are very large which is not a school problem but a district problem. With each passing year teacher's and paraeducator's jobs seem to be cut, but again this seems to be a district red flag. I feel that Perry provides the best education they can with what they have. I hope that all the district's cuts does not effect the specialized services Perry offers (Intense Reading...Push-In Program, Cross/Cat. Classrooms, Host, Boys & Girls Club)and inadvertently gets the school back on the watch list which the staff worked so hard to get their name off of! Each year, more and more parents seem to be working in the school and volunteering which is great, because this is one of Perry's biggest voids.
