You will not find a more caring group of teachers and administrators. This is truly a school that offers your child a solid foundation for the rest of their lives.

Central Elementary is a wonderful school! The teachers all go above and beyond the call of duty to help every child. Central Elementary seems to be one of those sweet, little schools that you think only exists in movies! It has a small town feel to it, so you feel safe when you drop your child off! I have been very pleased with the way administation has worked with my family anytime we have needed it. The motto of the school is, 'Everychild is a winner!' I can certainly say that they make ever child feel that way and believe it deep down.

They could be doing much more to earn money by collecting more then just BoxTops & Soup Labels. There are Capri Sun Drink Pouches, Used cell phones, laptops, empty ink/toner cartridges. They should look at TerraCycling.com What is PTA REALLY doing?

It is great to teach our kids to give to others-within limits. Support without demanding! I boycott school fundraisers; donate elsewhere to show real value in helping where needed.

From the asking perspective (such as schools asking students to donate to causes) frequent appeals for donations creates real problems for families who cannot afford to donate to every appeal or cause. Stop pressuring kids for money.
