As a parent that has had children be a part of Borger Middle School for 8 years, I feel compelled to write to address some of the statements that have been posted on the web. Yes, we do have an exemplary middle school in Borger, Texas. We have administrators, faculty members, and support staff that are deeply concerned about the future of your children, the future of our community and country. Folks, let s face it, if you want to place blame, look in the mirror. The school has them 8 hours a day; you have them from birth and a lifetime. Raising a child starts at birth, not at middle school age. You are the most powerful and influential person in your child s life; it has been my experience in life that most people want to complain, drawing attention to the shortcomings in society, but few ever help find solutions.

Attending Borger Middle School has made a positive difference in the lives of my three children. The principal and teachers are the kind of role models every parent would wish, and this is one school that is proud of its American history and heritage.

I am proud of the education my children have recieved and are currently receiving at Borger Middle School. My husband and I feel fortunate to have such dedicated professional christian educators that strive for excellence in our three children. The principal of grades 6 through 8 is an exemplary leader and applies christian morals to the decisions that are made concerning my children.

I currently have a 7th grader enrolled at BMS. Plus, my 10th grade son also attended this school so I have had the opportunity to experience BMS for numerous years. It has always been a very positive experience for both of my children. We did have a few issues to arise but all I had to do was call the principal and he took care of it immediately. The teachers and the staff have the kids best interest at heart. I would recommend this school to anyone coming into our community. Strong academics and very positive extracurricular activities. Great environment for students to reach their potential!

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.
