We moved to Bethesda because this school was suppose to be good. What a disappointment. Been there 4 years and its getting worse every year. Kids don't learn, they just memorize for test scores then its on to the next test.

This school has become much worse with the new principle but the teacher are amazing and try to really get to know the students. So i still think this school is a good choice for parents

It just is a fantastic school and there is nothing else to say! I would never ever sign my children up to any other school!

Great school. My daughter's teachers have ranged between very good and phenomenal. The work is challenging and yet they seem to do an excellent job of accommodating differing abilities. The parents are very involved and many parents do a lot of volunteering both inside and outside of the classroom. There is a real sense of community and I think that is reflected in how many families get involved with the myriad fundraising activities. As another poster mentioned, this is a very diverse community with children from literally all over the world. Highly recommend.

You get what your tax dollars pay for! Excellent school for the money in my opinion.

Check to see if students with disabilities are a priority because otherwise the state doesn't pay for that child to go to School if they don't have a disability your child has to be put on a waiting list for pre-k! if their not

1.Go on a tour of a school tour 2. Talk to the director (and the teacher your child will have) about what the students day like. 3. Watch school in session 4. Look out for red flags: neglected children at play, lazy, non engaging teachers
