The principal has no sense of leadership. His idea of 'discipline' is to punish first and ask questions later. This is the weakest link in the entire district. Parents often won't make the switch from private to public if their child has to go to Alexander. Which, by the way, is a shame, because so many of the programs are great at AJH. Band program at Alexander is the best in the district!
Mr. German is a great principle and person! The school just needs to do away with teachers that are not teaching. They are only a couple but those couple can hurt a child.
The Principal, Mr.German, is a great leader. He cares about what is best for the students and loves to be involved.
