I have 2 children that have or are attending FPCS one has graduated. I find that the school in general from the quality of academic to extracurricular activities has done a MAJOR decline over the last several years. I do not see the parent involvement that there was even 5 years ago. Staff participation in the academic life of the students has taken a wrong turn somewhere and I am not sure what can be done to help the situation. A school with less than 500 students enrolled in 7 - 12 you would think that the teaches and staff would care and be more helpful to partents that are involved instead of treating them like they have no business in the school enviroment.

My Child has blossomed here after attending another school. Kudos to the entire staff. Parents are ultimately responsible for what their children do after school hours. Our children are our responsibilty not a school districts.

You get what your tax dollars pay for! Excellent school for the money in my opinion.

Check to see if students with disabilities are a priority because otherwise the state doesn't pay for that child to go to School if they don't have a disability your child has to be put on a waiting list for pre-k! if their not

1.Go on a tour of a school tour 2. Talk to the director (and the teacher your child will have) about what the students day like. 3. Watch school in session 4. Look out for red flags: neglected children at play, lazy, non engaging teachers
