My daughter is now going into the 2nd grade and I do have my concerns regarding the curriculum and the lack of challenging work she is receiving. Her 1st grade year left a lot to be desired, especially after constantly requesting more challenging work from her teacher. My daughter was bored, and I found little help from her teacher. I should say I did not contact the principal, which is definitely a must this year for her to continue there.

My daughter had an excellent Kindergarten education. She had a great time and has started along the path of a great education.

My son had the best kindergarten education we could ever imagine him getting - even better than in a private school! Mrs. Miller is the best teacher in the world! Lakeside is blessed to have such an awesome teacher! We are very impressed with Lakeside!

By doing it in the funnest way possible,we have to make it exciting for them. Maybe reward them after they are done AND DID THERE BEST. Parents must be totally involved.

You shouldn't, have a study hall if they need help. When you learn you need a teacher, students can study on their own time.
