Last year we didn't like some things the school was doing but we spoke to the people in charge and they fixed it so this year is better. The parents in this school are very supportive but I feel that the school (in general) only shows appreciation for the parents when they need help. Sometimes my children come home feeling burned out because they worked so hard at school.

It is such a happy place to be every single day. It's fun to go there even when I don't have to! All of the teachers and faculty are always upbeat, smiling, and interested in our children's lives. They work hard to give our kids the best experience possible and ensure that all of the students become happy, healthy, educated, good citizens. It is a happy, safe, warm place and I wouldn't want my kids anywhere else.

This school is the best school in the area! The principle herself is spending extra time helping my daughter with her math work. She is in 3rd grade and I was concerned because she has always struggled in this subject. I also have a daughter in Kindergarten who is loving school and doing very well! To the person who posted they were unhappy that they couldn't walk their kids to the class you have to remember the times we live in after all the school shootings around the country and the sniper up north, Springfield Park is very concerned and proactive about the safety of its students and staff.
