At this school the students are not motivated, and the teachers are burned out. I made several attempts to contact the PTA president about joining, and he never contacted me back! After speaking to some of the teachers, I discovered that there really isn't a PTA, because there is very little parental involvement. Also, the teachers do not have the resources needed to enhance the education process.
