My children, who are in early elementary grades, have been inspired by their teachers. The principal greets the children every morning as they arrive, so the children know he cares. I also appreciate the music and art programs. It is a joy to participate at this school!

As a graduate of the school in question I would say that much change is need within the green gates of the Christian Academy. Rather not the school itself but the staff it employs. K-5 the teachers are amazing and truly know what they are doing, however the rules sometimes limit a child to stay inside the school's box. Moving on to the middle school (6-8). Teaching here has it bright spots; however, they a few and far between. Generally the ones who enjoy thinking outside the box and challenging the world around them are stifled. The punishments given rarely fit the crime.

Pros:Academics are their strong suit. Availablility of music, art and sports is good for a school this size. There is plenty of opportunity for parental involvement. Cons:Strict, rigid and inflexible. No room for individuality of the child. Overall: Good education, but stifling

I am really pleased with the school curriculum programs and my kindergartener has progressed academically & spiritually. Buellton, CA
