You could not ask for a better school for your children. The teacher involvement is fantastic. The parents can be as involved in the school as they choose to be. The best part of the school is the dedication that is given from all the teachers and staff.

Winner of 2010 SC Exemplary Reading Award (Only 1 school in the entire State wins this Award) The teachers and principal made my son feel cared about and successful. I will never forget CFGE!

As a parent of a kindergarten student, I have been very pleased with the rigor of the curriculum at Carlisle-Foster's Grove Elementary School. My son is reading and computing difficult math problems already. His teachers challenge him and push him to reach his potential. I know that my child will have a successful educational experience at CFG.

No. I have heard of teachers setting up FB pages on areas of study so students can use technology as a learning tool. All posts are public and private messages are disabled. I won't even friend former students. I do it as a rule-no hurt feelings.

No! As an educator, I don't want to be held responsible for what students are doing outside of the classroom.

Absolutely not. Most schools offer the homework question site through the school system. They do not need to be "friends" with their students through social networking sites.
