The athletic program needs an overhaul. Softball and baseball are the only successful programs. As the parent of a freshman and sophomore I am not pleased with the AP Math program.

This school administration does not support the athletic programs and does not allow fans/students show team spirit like you see at Carl Albert, Midwest City, and even the New SouthMoore. More times than not the faculty will do what they want with your child and ask for forgivness later. I would not recommend MHS for anyone who is an involved parent.

Both of my boys went to Moore High school, and had a wonderful experience there. They have great teachers, and a good support system in place to help out those that need extra help.

It provided all three of my children with a great education. It has caring teachers, an exellent education program and quality sports and other extracurricular activities. It's among the few public high schools in Oklahoma to receive a distinguished Great Schools Rating of 8 out of 10. It's the oldest and best of three Moore High Schools, referred to by those who love it as the 'Real Moore HIgh'.
