My child has gone to Elmdale since kindergarten. She is now in the fourth grade. Elmdale is doing a great job preparing her for middle school. Thank you for all that you do Elmdale!! Her Benchmark scores rocked!

I have been a teacher for 26 years and have taught in numerous schools (in Arkansas and Texas). I have to say that Elmdale has been the BEST one yet. The administrators and teachers are supportive and knowledgeable. It is obvious at this school that the education and well being of each and every student is the #1 priority. Visitors are always welcome with open arms!

I would like to say that I have been at Elmdale for 10 years and my two kids went through here. We have enjoyed this school and all the activities they do. This school really works hard to pull the parents together. As for the principal, he is awesome!

An older school that has it nothing to be proud of. Long lines await all who must pick-up a child. The teachers seem burnt-out trying to deal with the ever increasing +85% Hispanic student population. Little staff support for school functions. PTA takes forever due to translations. Try to avoid if possible. Mr Johnson is good, however.

A blog by nature is public territory. If you don't want something to be public knowledge, don't post it on the internet.
