Great place for children to learn and grow! The principal (Mrs. Romines), assist. principal (Mrs. Barnes), and all the faculty and staff are wonderful! The atmosphere is positive and inviting. The "extras" are endless - from the 5th grade news show to Honors Chorus to Art Club!
In our years of involvement with the school we have been consistently impressed by the attitude and commitment of the teachers and staff. The school is a bright and cheerful place with no bad vibes or apparent tension. The principal (Mrs. Hinson at this writing) is friendly and accessible, and seems to have things well in hand. Class sizes are quite reasonable, with around 15? kids per teacher (my estimate). Really, we have found no problems to report. Clinton Elementary serves some of the most economically disadvantaged sections of Lancaster, but it serves its students very well.
