This is a wonderful school. The principal and the teachers have worked at making it the best school in the district!!
Eastside is a fine school but be aware that the current principal is not well-liked by the teachers. She is not very open-minded and the morale of the school has greatly diminished . My biggest frustration is the lack of communication between the school and parents.
This is my daughters second year at Eastside. She loves this school. Everyday she is telling me what she did and what she learned. She enjoys that her teacher gives each student a different job every week.
This is my daughters first year at Eastside and she loves it . The teachers have made her very comfortable and she is always bragging about how nice they are to her. So they are making her 4th grade a good experience.
My son is in the 4th grade. His teachers are excellent. This is the first year he is really learning and being challenged. We, as parents, are very happy, and so is our son!
My daughter comes home from school everyday talking non-stop about what she did all day. Her teachers give the children ownership of their knowledge and don't make them feel like school is a chore. They are inspiring a love of learning.
