Parents BEWARE... This school looks good on paper & rates well academically. However in the 2 short years my daughter has attended this school I have experienced as well as witnessed a number of incidents involving bullying (one of which was racially charged). I have contacted the teacher, principal & even the Superintendent on various occasions throughout the year & they have been NO help! My daughter & I have had a HORRIBLE experience at crowders creek elementary. I guess you have to be an upper middle class all white family to be treated properly by this school. I wish I could afford to send my daughter to private school but unfortunately she will probably have to return to crowders creek again next year. I would not recommend this school or her teacher to anyone.

I am proud to say that I am a teacher at Crowders Creek. My fellow teachers, administration, parents, and support staff work together daily to make sure we are doing everything we can to provide the best education for our children. We are proud of our achievement and it shows. When we have a tough day or a difficult week, we remind ourselves of why we work so hard. We are here for children.

Because they are a public school that goes out of its way for the students and faculty.

We have been extremely happy over the past 2 years at Crowders Creek Elementary. Our son began Kindergarten at CCE, and we look forward to his continuing through 5th grade. The teaching staff is fabulous and very accessible. The administration team is beyond wonderful, and are always willing to sit down and discuss concerns with parents in a positive manner. There is an active PTA which supports programs throughout the year with the best interests of the kids in mind. We deliberately moved to find a better school system for our son to begin his education in, and we couldn't have found a more perfect fit.

Everything is taught at such a fast pace. It has been a very difficult transition for our child.

My granddaughter has a new outlook on school since beginning at Crowders Creek Middle School Gifted program. She is happy to go to school. She is challenged. She feels that it is a blessing to have the teachers who truly care about her capabilities and her weaknesses and help her when she cannot understand something. They are always as close as an e-mail away for my questions and concerns. She attended the elementary school also and I was always welcomed with any concerns I may have had from any of her teachers. I would recommend this school to anyone who has a student in this age group.

I have 2 children at Crowders Creek, 1 in elementary and 1 in middle school. Both are doing well at this excellent school. I have been very impressed with the teachers and curriculum. The teachers really care and are very supportive. Parental involvement is strong. The school is a safe, high quality learning environment. The principals and the Clover School District do a terrific job. I'm completely satisfied and I recommend this school to others.

When we moved here, I was nervous about my son starting at a new 'regular' school for he had been attending a Montessori school from pre-K to 1st grade. His first year at Crowders Creek was 2nd grade and I was very happy with the transition. He did very well both academically as well as socially. The homework level was right where it should be. I was concerned that maybe he wasn't being challenged enough since he earned all A's all year long. But he will be in the Gifted and Talented program in the 3rd grade and I am curious to see how he will do with that. I absolutely loved his 2nd grade teacher. Very accessible and always willing to answer my questions. The principle and other staff are also very easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions. Very happy with this school!

I have been pleased with the school and have seen my daughter grow academically and socially. She is given attainable challenges and her teachers are available to answer her, as well as the parents, questions. I am looking forward sending my other two daughters there in the near future.

Our child has been here since November 2004. She has consistantly done poor work. The teachers are just giving her grades rather than requiring her to earn them. The principal refuses to listen to any problem we may see. They are more interested in passing her through rather than helping her learn. They do not follow through with any consequences for behavior, even when we have asked that she be held responsible for her actions. The teachers just pass off the educational responsiblities to the parents ' Didn't your Mom help you with that?' The principal's view point is 'I wasn't there.' This is how they keep their rating high. We have had nothing but problems and can get no help. Teaching children that what their parents say is not right, leading to conflict at home.

Our children have attended this school since it's opening. We have been very pleased with all areas of the school up until 6th grade. The pace at which the curriculum is taught is too fast for any long term retainage. This could, however be the case a all SC/York schools.

Both of my children have attended this school. All of their teachers have been well-educated and concerned with my child's needs. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It's a very clean school with tons of parent involvement!

This school is wonderful. The teachers are very well educated, caring, and always challenging the yound minds. Middle school is 5th & 6th grades which I like because my daughter will not be in the same school as high school. Smart Thinking!
