I have two children at NRES. The front office ladies are a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgable. The my daughters third grade teacher is a blessing. The teachers at NRES are fantastic.

The fourth grade teachers (of 2007) have really made this the best year ever. They love our children and go far beyond the requirements to teach and guide each child. They keep the classrooms safe and happy places for all to learn.

I would just like to share that our family has had a wonderful experience with NRES.Both of our children started at NRES in Kindergarten. We have a 5th grader there now and our 6th grader that is at Crossroads. He went to CR very well prepared. The staff is always willing to help and listen. Thank you to NRES for giving our children the background they will need for success in education.

Wonderful school! We have 3 children at Nursery Road. We have been very pleased with the level of education we have received over the past four years. Our teachers have not only been loving and caring people, but also excellent educators. We have been quite impressed with their education and the creative manner in which they teach. My son had a difficult time learning to read so he was quickly placed in a reading program taught by awesome teachers who helped raise his confidence through an incentive program that worked so well. Our teachers constantly show how dedicated they are to their classes. The school administration is available and attentive. My children and many of their friends walk home and feel quite safe. We also feel that the high parental involvement has helped make Nursery Road so successful. There are so many great things we could say about this school.

This is one fantastic school with great leadership and a knack for finding innovative programs for the children. I have loved being an active parent in this school with great teachers and principal. I am only sad that we have to now leave it because of a move. This is a First Amendment school, one of only 3 elementary schools in the country to qualify for this distinction.This has given my children incredible knowledge not only on citizenship, freedom of speech and religion and all others but has also made them proud of their international heritage. Also there is a super Special Needs program here and I am proud that my children got to share some of their time in school with children who are more challenged so they will know that you can look and act differently and still be a great person to know. I am a student entering highschool this year and I truly believe that I wouldn't be where I am today w/o the wonderful staff of NRES. I had so many amazing teachers, and everyone there went to great lengths to make sure that I had what I needed. The AGP program at NRES is one that exceeds expectations and helps prepare students for honors courses. NRES helped to instill awareness and tolerence of differences in their students. This school is absolutely wonderful.

My daughter was diagnosed with diabetes last summer. The staff at Nursery Road went to surprising lengths to accomodate her condition. The school nurse was competent and caring, and my daughter's teacher was very protective of her. I hate that we have moved to another neighborhood and won't be attending NRES next year. They are the best, and deserve our support.
